Order the Respondent
State to expunge
from all internet sites, internet
search engines such as google, yahoo etc. and other media outlets, any
defamatory statements and publications about the Applicant:

The Applicant prays that the Court order the Respondent State to pay legal
fees/miscellaneous
fees
(stationary,
secretariat,
courier,
air
tickets,
boarding and lodging) for Arbitration fee for the International Chamber of
Commerce- $ 1, 100,710.00 and Trip cost for 7 people- $ 14, 700.00; and
x.
Any other order that the Court deems fit.”
23.|n its Response, with regard to the admissibility of the Application, the Respondent
State prays the Court to rule:

i. That the Application has not met the admissibility requirements provided under
Article 56 (5) and (6) of the Charter and Rule 40(5) and (6) of the Rules.
li. That the Application is inadmissible and be duly dismissed.”
24. With regard to the merits of the Application, the Respondent State prays the Court to:

i. Find that the Respondent State did not violate the Applicant's rights as
provided under Articles 2, 3 and 7 of the Charter.
li. Find that the Applicant is not entitled to the sum of Ghana Cedi 51,283,490.59
paid to him by the Government of Ghana and should refund it as ordered by the
Review Bench of the Supreme Court...”
