PARTIES: 1. The 1st Plaintiff is a human rights Non-Governmental Organization registered under Nigerian laws, while the 2nd to 11th Plaintiffs are indigenes of Bundu Ama and neighbouring communities in Rivers State of Nigeria. 2. The 1st defendant is the Federal Republic of Nigeria, while the 2nd Defendant is the Chief Law Officer of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The 3rd, 4th and 5th defendants are the Governor and Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Law Officer and a public officer of the Rivers State Government, respectively. PROCEDURE 3.
