000921 on reparations on behalf of the Applicant. on 29 August 201g, the Registry served these submissions on the Respondent state for Response within thirty (30) days. on 16 october 2018, the Registry informed the Respondent state that it had been granted an extension of thirty (30) days to file its Response on reparations. on 21 November 2018, the parties were informed that the court would proceed and deliver judgment in the matter. IV. 24. PRAYERS OF THE PARTIES ln the Application, the Appticant prays the Court to Grant him free legalaid; il. Rule that his claim is founded and declare it admissible; iii Find that the acts inflicted on him violate his rights as spelt out above; iv Order the Respondent State to compensate him to the amount of TZS 800 million; order the Respondent state to ship to the court File No. 1 18/07 civil Case and File No. 57/09 Civil Case, Baraza Kata/Segelea, Dar es salaam, for attachment to this Application." 25 ln a correspondence dated 5 May 2016, the Applicant further prays the court to 'i.
