According to Rule 30 of the Rules of Court, "Unless othenvise decided by the Court, each party shall bear its own costs". 61. The Court, in this matter, does not see any reason why it should depart from the position in Rule 30 and as such it orders each Party to bear its own costs. VIII. OPERATIVE PART 62.
