FOR THESE REASONS, Adjudicating in public session, after hearing both parties in the first and last resort, THE COURT IN TERMS OF MERITS In regard to this claim holds that, the Defendants have breached the contract and are therefore liable to pay the sum of N20, 698,920.00 toghether with interest of 1% per day on that sum from the 16th of April, 2015 till the judgment debt is fully paid. AS TO COSTS, Directs the Defendants to bear the cost of this action as assessed by the Registry. Thus made, adjudged and pronounced in a public hearing at Abuja on the 06th day of October, 2016. 16
