7 31. On the 8th of March 2021, the secretariat subsequently wrote to the Complainant again regarding the substance of her observations. The letter reiterated the absence of observations on admissibility per Article 56 of the Charter. Furthermore, the complainant was informed that failure to make admissibility arguments would compel the Commission to strike out her communication for lack of diligent prosecution. 32. On the 17th of March 2021, the complainant wrote to the secretariat extension of 30 days to file adequate admissibility observations. 33. By letter dated 8 June 2021, the secretariat granted:'tln,e complainant an extension of 30 days. She was also informed that per Rule 113 of the 2010 rules, this would be the sole extension of time and was not renewable. This decision of the secretariat was also transmitted to the Respondent state in a Note Verbale dated 8 June 2021. 34.
