An offence

Incites, instigates, organizes, directs, facilitates, finances, counsels or
participates as a principal, co-principal, agent or accomplice in any of
the offences set forth in the present Statute;
Aids or abets the commission of any of the offences set forth in the
present Statute;
Is an accessory before or after the fact or in any other manner
participates in a collaboration or conspiracy to commit any of the
offences set forth in the present Statute;
Attempts
