Holding For the above reasons, the Commission Holds a violation of Articles 2, 4, 5, 6, 7(1)(a), (c), (d), 8, 9, 10 and 26; Recommends strongly to the Government of Sudan to put an end to these violations in order to abide by its obligations under the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights.
