ARTICLE 32 DEPOSITARY 1. This original text of this Protocol, all instruments of ratification and all instruments of accession shall be deposited with the Executive Secretary, who shall transmit certified copies thereof to all Member States. 2. The Executive Secretary shall notify the Member States of the dates on which instruments of ratification and instruments of accession have been deposited under paragraph 1. 3. The Executive Secretary shall register this Protocol with the Secretariat of the United Nations, the Commission of the African Union and such other organisations as the Council may determine. 24
