The Complainant submits that on 28 July 2014, the Office of the Governor of North Kivu Province acknowledged receipt of a letter that her lawyer, Eugene Lurhondere Buzake, sent on 14 July 2014, copied to the Minister of Justice and Human Rights in Kinshasa and to REDRESS.She indicates that the letter requests the Office of the Governor of North Kivu Province to fulfil the obligation of the Respondent State to pay the compensation awarded by the OMT to the Complainant. 6.
