That the Plaintiffs right to physical integrity was violated by the Defendant that; ii. The Defendant arbitrarily violated the Plaintiffs’ right to his personal liberty through his having been unlawfully detained and assaulted by the Defendants on the 14th of March, 2014. iii. That the seizure of the Plaintiffs’ Passport by the Defendant on 14th March, 2014 amounts to a violation of his right to property violated by the Defendants. ORDERS: The Defendants to pay the sum of XOF 8,000,000.00 (Eight Million FCFA) as compensation for physical, emotional and psychological trauma suffered by the Plaintiff.
