ix. Dismisses the Applicant’s prayers for release and a retrial of his case. On Implementation and Reporting x. Orders the Respondent State to submit to the Court, within six (6) months from the date of notification of this Judgment, a report on the status of implementation of orders under paragraphs (vii) and (viii) of this operative part and thereafter, every six (6) months until the Court considers that there has been full implementation thereof.
