necessary measures have been taken for the law to be amended and aligned with the Respondent State’s international human rights obligations. The Court thus finds it appropriate to order publication of this judgment within a period of three months from the date of notification. 69. With regard to implementation and reporting, the Court considers that, for the same reasons stated above, its findings on the publication of this Judgment apply to implementation and reporting. The Court therefore deems it proper to order the Respondent State to report on the steps taken to implement this Judgment within six months from the date of notification thereof. X. COSTS 70. The Applicant prays the Court to order the Respondent State to bear costs. *** 71. The Court notes that Rule 32(2) of its Rules provides that “unless otherwise decided by the Court, each party shall bear its own costs, if any.” 72.
