On admissibility ii. Declares that the Application is admissible. On merits iii. Holds that the Respondent State did not violate the Applicants’ right to equality before the law and non-discrimination, protected by Article 3(1) of the Charter as read jointly with Article 26 of the ICCPR; iv. Holds that the Respondent State did not violate the Applicants’ right to have their cause heard, protected by Article 7(1)(a) of the Charter. On reparations v. Dismisses the Applicants’ prayers for reparations. On costs vi. Orders that each Party shall bear its own costs.
