In the instant case, the Applicants, who served in the ECOWAS Institutions and whose contracts have ended, claim payment of certain allowances: Mr. GNIMAGNON Francis Elie claims payment of his separation allowance; Mr. SOGOYOU Cossi claims payment of separation allowance for the first 7 years and 3 months, and a separation allowance and gratuity for the extension of his contract of one year provided for in the contract; Mr. ZANNOUGBO, in turn, claims the separation and resettlement allowance; Mr. Ghislain AGBOZO claims, in addition to the separation allowance, the reassessment of his incorrectly calculated paid vacation entitlements and the other former professional staff, Assistant Judges, Interpreters and Research Officer at the ECOWAS Court of Justice; Mr(s) BILGHO TED Rodrigue, SOW Idrissa, ALCIDES BARTOLOMEU SILVA, SARA SEIDI SAIEGH, EDNENSA MENDY Andrelino, MAIGA Abdoulawahidou claim payment of their separation allowances. V. PROCEDURE BEFORE THE COURT 14. The Originating Application (doc. 1) accompanied by twelve (12) Exhibits, was lodged at the Registry of this Court on 9th November, 2020. 15. The Defendant, the ECOWAS Commission, was duly served on 11/11/2020, but did not contest. 16. 28 October 2021 was appointed for the hearing of the parties, only the Applicants' representative attended the hearing, at which he was heard and made his oral submissions. 17. The judgment of the case was adjourned to 28th March, 2022. 6
