The RSAP IV provides focus for the SADC Water Sector over the next five years and aims at implementing priority interventions of the RWS. The RSAP consists of eight programmes, each contributing to the achievement of the RSAP strategic and operational objectives. The RSAP is a dynamic strategy. While the RSAP goals and objectives should not change over time, the projects and interventions identified at this stage should remain flexible and adjusted as the context changes and results are achieved.
