Through delegation by the Executive Secretary, The Deputy Executive Secretary – Finance and Administration: i) Provides leadership in the development of Budgeting Process ii) Exercise control over the execution of the Budget Process and adherence to budgets; iii) P  rovides leadership in her/his area of competence in the development process of Strategic Plans. 6.1.9 Directorate of Policy Planning and Resource Mobilisation 53.
