Records and reports of Sessions

The Secretary shall keep recordings
of the proceedings of the sessions of
the Commission and of the meetings
of its subsidiary mechanisms.
The Working
Languages
of the
Commission and all its subsidiary
mechanisms are those of the African
Union.
The proceedings of the Commission
shall be conducted in any of the
Working Languages of the African
Union.
Any
person’
addressing
the
Commission in a language other
than one of the Working Languages
shall ensure the interpretation into
one of the Working Languages of
the Commission. The interpreters
of the
Commission
shall
take
this interpretation as the source
language for their interpretation in
the other Working Languages of the
Commission.
The Secretary shall prepare a Report
of the proceedings of each session of
the Commission.
The Report

The Final Report of the Public
Session shall be posted on the

unless the Commission
