h) the operative provisions of the judgment; i) the decision, if any, on costs; j) the number of Judges constituting the majority; k) a statement as to the authentic text of the judgment. Rule 63 Judgment on Reparation The Court shall rule on the request for the reparation, submitted in accordance with Rule 34 (5) of these Rules, by the same decision establishing the violation of a human and peoples’ right or, if the circumstances so require, by a separate decision. Rule 64 Notification of Judgment 1. In accordance with article 29 of the Protocol, the Court shall duly notify the parties to the case, the Commission, the Assembly, the African Union Commission and any person or institution concerned of the judgment by certified true copies thereof. 2. The Executive Council shall also be notified of the judgment and shall monitor its execution on behalf of the Assembly. 3. The original copy of the judgment, duly signed and sealed, shall be conserved in the archives of the Court. Rule 65 Publication of Judgments Final judgments of the Court shall be published in accordance with Rule 25(2)(i), under the authority of the Registrar. 38
