Items 1 to 13 of the above is based on the calculation of honorarium and 50% of salary of former and incumbent Vice President from 1997 till 2017 as Provided in The Retirement Benefit Act amounting to $568,982. The Court notes that the Applicant did not provide any official document to authenticate his claim. For instance, an official gazette indicating the salaries within the stated period of past and the incumbent vice presidents, or any other official document to support the figures quoted in the reliefs. The court is not expected to accept any unsupported figures submitted by the Applicant. The court therefore holds that the specific amount in the sum of $568,982 claimed by the Applicant, being devoid of details is unsubstantiated and therefore denied.
