The crimes within the Jurisdiction of the Court shall not be subject to any
statute of limitations.”
Article 28 B
Genocide
For the purposes of this Statute, ‘genocide’ means any of the following acts
committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or
religious group, as such:
a) _ Killing members of the group;

Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated
bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
to
imposing measures intended to preveni births within the group;
Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group;
Acts of rape or any other form of sexual violence.
Article 28 C
Crimes Against Humanity
1.
For the purposes of this Statute, ‘crime against humanity’ means any of
the following acts when committed
attack
or
enterprise
directed
as part of a widespread

any
knowledge of the attack or enterprise:
civilian
or systematic
population,
a)

Murder;
Extermination;
Enslavement;
Deportation or forcible transfer of population;

violation of fundamental rules of international law;
Torture, cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment or punishment;

Imprisonment
Rape,
sexual
or
other
slavery,
enforced sterilization,
comparable gravity;
severe
or
deprivation
enforced
any
of
prostitution,
other
form
of
physical
forced
sexual
liberty
with
in
pregnancy,
violence
of
Persecution against any identifiable group or collectivity on political,
racial, national, ethnic, cultural, religious, gender or other grounds
that are universally recognized as impermissible under international
law;
Enforced disappearance of persons;
j) | The crime of apartheid;
k) | Other inhumane acts of a similar character intentionally causing great
suffering, or serious injury to body or mental or physical health.
