FACTS AS PRESENTED BY THE PLAINTIFFS The 1st to 4th Plaintiffs are citizens of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and reside at no. 18, Ezoti Street, off Airport Road, Benin City, Edo State. The Defendant is a Member State of the ECOWAS and a signatory to the Revised Treaty establishing the ECOWAS.
