On reparations By a majority of 7 votes for and 1 against, Judge Chafika Bensaoula having voted against, Dismisses the Applicant's request regarding material prejudice, for lack of evidence; Orders the Respondent State to pay the Applicant a lump sum of ten million (10,000,000) Tanzanian Shillings for his illegal detention to date and a further sum of three hundred thousand (300,000) Tanzanian Shillings for each month of illegal detention from the date of notification of this Judgment until his release;
