ARTICLE 19 Meetings of the Co-ordination Committee 1. Subject to any directions which may be given by the Council, the Coordination Committee shall meet at least twice in each year preceding the meetings of the Council and may hold extraordinary meetings at the request of the Chairperson of the Co-ordination Committee. 2. The Co-ordination Committee shall determine its own procedure including that for convening its meetings, for the conduct of business thereat and at other times, and for the rotation of the office of Chairperson among its members who are Permanent Secretaries responsible for East African Community affairs in each Partner State. 23
