Rights (the African Charter) have been violated

the Respondent State.
Prayers
10. The Complainant prays
the African Commission on Human and
Peoples'
Rights (the Africa Commission) to:
Request the State of Egypt to end the illegal detention of the Victim

there

credible
evidence
