*** 54. According to Rule 32(2) of the Rules,19 “[u]nless otherwise decided by the Court, each party shall bear its own costs.” 55. The Court finds no reason to depart from this principle in the instant case. 56. Accordingly, the Court orders the Applicant to bear her own costs. VIII. OPERATIVE PART 57. For these reasons THE COURT Unanimously, On jurisdiction i. Declares that it has jurisdiction; On admissibility ii. Upholds the Respondent State’s objection to admissibility of the Application based on non-exhaustion of local remedies. iii. Declares the Application inadmissible.
