The Court notes that Rule 32(2) of the Rules of Court provides that: “unless otherwise decided by the Court, each party shall bear its own costs, if any”.82 264. In the present case, the Court has no reason to depart from the principle laid down under this provision and therefore orders that each Party shall bear its own costs. X. OPERATIVE PART 265.
