xvii.
Orders the Respondent State to pay the amounts indicated in sub-paragraph
(xv) and (xvi) of this part within six (6) months, effective from this date, failing
which it will also be required to pay interest on arrears calculated on the basis
of the applicable Bank of Tanzania rate throughout the period of delayed
payment until the amounts are fully paid;
xviii.
Orders the Respondent State to submit within six (6) months from the date of
notification of this Judgment a report on the status of implementation of the
Orders herein.
On costs
xix.
Does not grant the Applicant's prayer related to payment of legal fees and
other expenses incurred in the proceedings before this Court;
xx.
Decides that each Party shall bear its own costs.
