Informational letters were transmitted to the Parties of the Communication from the 62nd to the 65th Ordinary Sessions. Admissibility The Complainants Submissions on Admissibility 24. The Complainants submit that the name of the person submitting the complaint and that of the victim are mentioned in detail in the complaint. 25. The Complainants further submit that the complaint did not include any words offensive to the state, or the African Union or other organizations, but is limited only to a description of the abuses suffered by the victim. 26. The Complainants aver that the violations suffered by the victim are in violation of the Charter of the African Union, specifically Articles 1 to 8, 19, 60 and 61, and that the complaint is consistent with the Charter of the African Union. 27. The Complainants submit that "the complaint did not include the news media, but include the enforced disappearance of the real victim, issues hyped to the victim, the victim of torture, violation of the right of the victim as a prisoner and prevent him treatment until he almost dies in prison." 28. The Complainants further submit that"in reality, national means to exhaust domestic remedies after the coup have become impossible." Additionally, the Complainants aver that: "How can there be an opportunity for national justice in Egypt if the judiciary in Egypt has collapsed by subduing itself to the military rulers who are ruling the country? Trials against victims free of any guide, however the judge is not impartial and issued harsh sentences against the victim." The Complainants submit that" any judge who is proud to be independent is dealt with by sacking or removal," and charged with unfounded allegations; with the same applying to attorneys and lawyers. They submit that "Court sentences have become sentences." 29. The Complainants aver that the complaint has been forwarded within a reasonable time in accordance with Article 56(6), after awaiting "the position of the Egyptian judiciary on the issues" in order" to assess their independence and responsibility to follow due process."
