Article 9 Bis
Powers and Functions of the Chambers of the International Criminal
Law Section
After Article 19 of the Statute (Chambers) add the following as Article 19 Bis:
“Article 19 Bis
Powers and Functions of the Chambers of the International Criminal
Law Section
The
Pre-Trial Chamber shall exercise the functions provided for in Article
46F of this Statute.
In addition, the Pre-Trial Chamber may also at the
Prosecutor issue such orders and warrants as may be
investigation or prosecution.
The
Pre-Trial Chamber
provide
for
the

The Trial Chamber shall conduct trials of accused persons in accordance

Article 10
Quorum
Article 21 of the Statute (Quorum) is replaced with the following:
1.
The General Affairs Section of the Court shall be duly constituted by three
(3) judges.
The
Human
and
Peoples’
Rights
constituted by three (3) judges.
The Pre-Trial Chamber
Section
of the
Court
shall
be
duly
of the International Criminal Law Section of the
Court shall be duly constituted by one (1) judge.
The Trial Chamber of the International Criminal Law Section of the Court
shall be duly constituted by three (3) judges.
