B. Alleged violations
15. The Applicant contends that the Respondent State:

vi. violated his rights to full equality before the law and equal protection of
the law, enshrined under Article 7 of the UDHR, Article 26 of the ICCPR
and Article 3 of the Charter.

BEFORE THE COURT
16. The Application was filed on 24 February 2017 and on 31 March 2017, the
Registry transmitted
it to the Respondent State and all the other entities
mentioned in the Protocol.
