ORDERS, the Defendant, a). to release or cause to be released forthwith the said call to Bar Certificate belonging to the Plaintiff unlawfully seized by the Agents of the Defendants since June 18, 2009. b). to pay the sum of N30 million as damages for the unlawful seizure of the call to Bar Certificate of the Plaintiff by the agents of the Defendant. AS TO COSTS Cost is awarded against the Defendant. Such costs to be assessed by the Registry of the Court. Thus made, adjudged and pronounced in a public hearing this 13th day of February 2018.
