DECISION
For these reasons,
The Court adjudicating in a public hearing, and after hearing
both parties and after deliberations, hereby :
a) Holds the Application filed by the Plaintiffs admissible

b) Declares that it has no jurisdiction over the 3rd to 5th
Defendants, which are not proper parties in the suit.
c) Holds the Defendant, the Federal Republic of Nigeria, in
violation of its obligation to guarantee the Plaintiffs' right
to peaceful assembly, as provided by Article 1 1 of
the African Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights and
Article 21 of the International Covenant on the Civil and
Political Rights.
