Decision of the African Commission on Admissibility 84. Based on the above analysis, the African Commission decides: i. To declare the Communication inadmissible because it does not comply with the requirements under Article 56 (5) and (6) of the African Charter; ii. To give notice of this decision to the parties in accordance with Rule 107 (3) of its Rules of Procedure; and iii. To attach the decision to its 32nd Activity Report.
