The Applicant’s arrest, detention and continued detention is not accordance with any known law or judicial proceedings in and has inflicted physical, emotional and psychological torture on the Applicant. That if the Defendant and its agents are not restrained, his rights to life, human dignity, personal liberty, privacy, family life, freedom of movement and right to own properties which have been impaired and violated, will continue to be violated and put to jeopardy. The Applicants therefore instituted this action praying this Court for the following: i.
