vi. Holds that the Respondent State did not violate the right of access to the public services of one’s country, protected by Article 13(2) of the Charter; vii. Holds that the Respondent State did not violate the right to vote and to be elected, protected by Article 25(b) of the ICCPR. Reparations viii. Dismisses the Applicant’s prayer to stay execution of Order RG 3505/2020 of 25 August 2020 issued by the Abidjan CFI confirming the removal of the Applicant’s name from the voter’ register; ix. Dismisses the request for vacation of the criminal conviction and the request for stay of execution of the said sentence. Costs x. Holds that the Applicant shall bear his own costs.
