IX. COSTS 83. The Applicants pray the Court to order that the Respondent State should bear the costs of this Application. 84. The Respondent State on its part prays the Court to order that the Applicants should bear the costs of the Application. *** 85. The Court notes that Rule 32(2) of its Rules provides that “unless otherwise decided by the Court, each party shall bear its own costs, if any.” 86. In the present Application, the Court does not find any reason to order either Party to bear the costs of the Application. Consequently, the Court decides that each Party shall bear its own costs. X.
