(ii) The sum of Fifty Million Naira (N20, 000.000.00) jointly paid as general damages for the violation of the rights of the Applicants fundamental rights to fair hearing, human dignity and right to property. (iii)The Court cannot grant the rest of the claims of the Plaintiffs 3. DIRECTS, The Defendant to investigate the circumstances surrounding the disappearance of the 1st Applicant’s son, Obinna Kasarachi Onwuham with a view to determining his whereabouts, and where an offence is found to have been committed, prosecute the Culprits in accordance with law.
