Article 7 on the right to non-discrimination, Article 8 on the right to effective remedy,
Article 23 on the right to work
and
to a fair remuneration,
Article 25 on the right to
adequate standard of living and Article 30 on the obligation of States to refrain from
engaging in any activity or perform any act aimed at the destruction of the rights and
liberties
set forth
in the
Declaration.
They
further
alleged
that
the
brutality
and
humiliation they suffered at the hands of the police also constitute a violation of the
Declaration.

In its decision of 28 March, 2014, the Court held that the Application is inadmissible.
The relevant portions of that decision are as follows:
