All actions under sub-articles 1, 2 and 3 of this Article shall be subjec t

ARTICLE 25
DEPOSITARY
The original texts of this Charter shall be deposited with the Executiv e
Secretary of SADC who shall transmit certified copies to all States Parties .
ARTICLE 26
SIGNATURE
This Charter shall be open for signature by any Member Stat e
