The 1st and 2nd defendants, in their defence, denied all material allegation of facts in their statement of claim, except for paragraphs Bl, 2, 3, Di, ii, iii, vi, vii and viii, which were expressly admitted. 31. In addition, the 1st a n d 2 n d d e f e n d a n t s raised a preliminary objection to the jurisdiction of the Court to hear the case on the following grounds that: a. The 1st plaintiff lacks standing to institute the action. b.
