2.3 The structure 2.3.1 The Strategic Indicative Plan for the Organ is divided into four main Sectors. These are: (i) The Political Sector; (ii) The Defence Sector; (iii) The State Security Sector; and (iv) The Public Security Sector. 2.3.2 The objectives of the SIPO are those provided for in the Protocol on Politics, Defence and Security Cooperation. The SIPO therefore, seeks to identify strategies/ activities to achieve the objectives. 14
