Conclusion In light of the Appeals Chamber’s finding that Article 2 of the Statute is applicable, the Appellant is found guilty on Count 29 (grave breach in terms of Article 2(a) (wilful killing) of the Statute) and Article 7(1) of the Statute. 236. The Trial Chamber’s finding on Count 30 is set aside. The Appellant is found guilty on Count 30 (violation of the laws or customs of war in terms of Article 3(1)(a) (murder) of the Statute) and Article 7(1) of the Statute. 237. The Trial Chamber’s finding on Count 31 is set aside.
