and 10 of the Constitution of the Republic of Senegal, Articles 8 and 11 of the African Charter on Human Rights and Peoples, Articles 18(3) and 21 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights as well as Article 20(1) of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights; ii. Find the violation by the Republic of Senegal of the freedom of expression guaranteed by the Constitution of Senegal in its Articles 8 and 10 but also by the provisions of Article 9(2) of the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights, Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and Article 19(2) of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights; iii. Find the violation by the Republic of Senegal of the freedom of movement guaranteed by Article 8 of the Constitution of Senegal but also by the provisions of Article 12(1) of the African Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights, Article 13(1) of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and Article 12(1) of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights; iv. Consequently, order the Republic of Senegal to pay the sum of 500,000,000 CFA francs in compensation to Amnesty International Senegal Section and to the Senegalese League of Human Rights; v. Also order the Republic of Senegal to bear the entire costs. 7
