124. Article 66 (2) of the Rules of Court provides that where cost has been claimed by the successful party, the court shall order the unsuccessful party to pay. Consequently the court dismisses the claim of the Respondent as to cost and directs the Chief Registrar to access any cost payable to the Applicant. OPERATIVE CLAUSE. 125.
