By a letter of 10 August 1976, received in the Registry of the Court the same day, the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Hellenic Republic transmitted to the Registrar an Application instituting proceedings against the Republic of Turkey in respect of a dispute concerning the delimitation of the continental shelf
