OBJECTION:
Declares that it has jurisdiction to entertain this case and therefore dismiss the
preliminary objection of the Defendant.
AS TO MERITS:
DECLARES;
1, That the action of the Defendant in enforcing the provisions of its law on
sedition { the subject matter of this Applicc.

5'" Applicants which forced them to exile violates the rights of the Applicants
under Articles 6, 9 12 (2) of the African Charter on Human

That the subjection of the 4"

3. Directs the Defendants to immediately repeal and /or amend its laws (the
subject matter of this application) in line with its obligations under
