By Application filed at the Registry of the Court on 3 De6JU-Jer 2010, which was rectified on 13 December 2010, Mr. Badini Salfo, through his Lawyer Barr. H. Diallo, Lawyer registered with the Bar in Burkina Faso, brought a case before the Court, seeking that the Court should note ,the violation by the Republic of Burkina Faso, of his fundamental human rights, as guaranteed (1b)ofofthethe African Charter on under Articles 3 (2), 5, 6 and 77 (1b) African Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights, as well as a plea that the Court should order his immediate release, and the cessation of the said violations, by Burkina Faso. 2.
