Article 46. PUBLICATION 1. This Supplementary Act shall be published by the Commission in the Official Journal of the Community within thirty (30) days of its signature by the Authority. 2. It shall also be published by each Member State in its National Gazette within thirty (30) days after notification by the Commission. Article 47. REPEAL Protocol A/P2/8/94 eae to the Community Parliament and Supplementary Protocol A/SP.3/06/06 amending Protocol A/P2/8/94 relating to the Community Parliament are hereby repealed. Article 48. DEPOSITORY AUTHORITY This Supplementary Act shall be deposited with the Commission, which shall transmit certified true copies thereof to all Member States and shall register it with the African Union, the United Nations and such other Organizations as Council may determine. IN FAITH WHEREOF, WE, THE HEADS OF STATE AND GOVERNMENT OF THE ECONOMIC COMMUNITY OF WEST AFRICAN STATES (ECOWAS) HAVE SIGNED THIS SUPPLEMENTARY ACT.
