The Speaker of Parliament shall be elected by an absolute majority of
Representatives voting at the first round of voting, or by simple majority
at the following round at which only the two candidates who obtained
the highest number of votes are presented. In the event of a tie,
subsequent rounds of voting will continue until a winner emerges.

The Chairman of the meeting shall thereafter call on the elected
Representative to take his seat as the Speaker and preside over the
deliberations.
